If you agree with your custom project proposal, we will then send you a contract along with a 25% upfront invoice to officially reserve your spot and begin the process.

2. Project Questions & Checklist

Once the contract is signed and the initial invoice is paid, you’ll complete a short set of questions or a project checklist. This allows us to gather all the necessary details—brand direction, content, technical needs, and expectations—so we can move forward with clarity.

3. Production

This is where strategy, design, and development come together to bring your project to life.

During production, depending on whether your project is web design, graphic design, or illustration, we may have additional questions to ensure everything is aligned with your vision. Remember, you always have the freedom to reach out to us at any point throughout the process—we’re here to collaborate and make sure your project turns out exactly as you envision.

4. Project Delivery

Once production is complete, your project is finalized and delivered. We review everything together, make any final refinements, and ensure everything is ready for launch.
