If you decide to move forward, we’ll send a custom project proposal, followed by a contract and a 25% upfront invoice to officially reserve your spot. Once signed and paid, you’ll complete a short project questionnaire to gather key details—brand direction, content, technical needs, and expectations—so we can move forward with clarity and confidence.

2. Production

This is where strategy, design, and development come together to bring your project to life. During production, depending on whether your project is web design, graphic design, or illustration, we may have additional questions to ensure everything is aligned with your vision. Remember, you always have the freedom to reach out to us at any point throughout the process—we’re here to collaborate and make sure your project turns out exactly as you envision.

3. Project Delivery

Once production is complete, your project is finalized and delivered. We review everything together, make any final refinements, and ensure everything is ready for launch. We’re always here to help—whether you want new designs, ongoing monthly website maintenance, or to work with us on SEO to make sure your project achieves the results you were aiming for. Our goal is to support you even after launch, so your project continues to grow and succeed.
